		<description><![CDATA[It&#8217;s now 16 weeks, and I&#8217;ve lost 48 pounds, counting the 2 pounds I lost this week. It&#8217;s been up and down for a bit. Okay, down and not-as-down. I&#8217;ve lost weight every week. So, it&#8217;s been successful. But, now I&#8217;ve reached a crossroad. It&#8217;s the first weekend in December, it&#8217;s been 16 weeks, and <a href="http://davidonadiet.wordpress.com/2010/12/05/week-16-and-holding/" class="excerpt-more-link">[&#8230;]</a><img alt="" border="0" src="http://stats.wordpress.com/b.gif?host=davidonadiet.wordpress.com&amp;blog=62939&amp;post=1645&amp;subd=davidonadiet&amp;ref=&amp;feed=1" width="1" height="1" />]]></description>
			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>It&#8217;s now <strong>16 weeks</strong>, and I&#8217;ve lost <strong>48 pounds</strong>, counting the <strong>2 pounds</strong> I lost this week.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s been up and down for a bit. Okay, down and not-as-down. I&#8217;ve lost weight every week. So, it&#8217;s been successful.</p>
<p>But, now I&#8217;ve reached a crossroad.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s the first weekend in December, it&#8217;s been 16 weeks, and I&#8217;m ready for a break.</p>
<p>I want to see how things go for the last 4 weeks of the year. I won&#8217;t be recording things, I&#8217;ll be just going back to normal and see how things go. Have I changed my habits enough so that I&#8217;ll be good? Or will I go back to the old days where I ate good food, just too much good food.</p>
<p>We&#8217;ll find out in a month.</p>
