It’s getting easier and harder. Easier in that I’m getting used to the shakes and the smaller meals. But harder in that i haven’t been able to get a set schedule for snacks.

I had three snacks in one day for the first time. But rather than a snack after supper, it was two afternoon snacks. That 2:39 feeling hits about 2:00 for me.

It will just take some time to get used to it.
