Week Two ended this morning. Lost another 3 pounds. That’s 9 total.

I don’t think I’ll be able to do 3 pounds/week very often. 1-2 sounds about right. So, I’m going happy with the 3 pounds lost this week.

One thing I’ve noticed: After the first couple of days, I haven’t felt really hungry or really tired. That’s what I was most worried about.

Groceries need to be bought. I’m thinking I’ll keep the Slim-Fast thing going for at least another two weeks. The thing I don’t like is substituting shakes for meals twice a day. The supper meals are a treat.

I don’t know how long I’ll stick with Slim-Fast before moving over to all portion-controlled meals. Maybe for a while. We’ll see.
