Didn’t weigh last week. I had a good-enough-but-still-lame excuse. So, when I weighed this morning, I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was hoping I had lost a couple of pounds each week.

I lost a little more than that.

My total for 4 weeks is … 21 pounds. Which means I’ve averaged over 5 pounds a week for 4 weeks.

I’m not sure that’s a good thing. Yes, the diet’s working, but now I’m worried that I’m losing too fast.

Looks like I need to eat more. Funny thing is, though, I’m not going hungry. But still, 21 pounds in 4 weeks? Too much weight loss.

I think I need to eat a bag or Oreos. To help with my diet, you understand.
