I’m David, and this blog is where I’ll post about my weight loss as I get my weight down to a slim, fit 185 pounds. Or something near there.

Just because this is how I’m choosing to diet doesn’t mean it’s how you should diet. Not that you need to go on a diet or anything.

Still, if you want to lose weight, see a doctor. That way, if you drop dead, you can sue him and not me.
